-  Company:

ALIGNMENT in the BLSX(SM) model is doing the right things right - the second mastery outcome. It represents achieving the internal support and enablement of your business across the breadth and depth of the organization.  Acquiring and keeping ideal customers enables achievement of your financial goals which sustain organizational balance. Products and services must be aligned with customer expectations. Metrics must support business objectives. Organizational structure encompassing functional teams and their individuals must have the capital to support the critical customer, supplier and internal processes that ensure consistent delivery of value and eliminate waste. And budget allocation decisions must enable the engaged work force. 

- Customer:
Assist creating and keeping your ideal customers and aligning their needs and expectations with the center of your value proposition with a focus on your customer-facing activities and your product/service design and delivery while factoring innovation, operations and obsolescence.

- Capital:
Guide the best fit of your human, technology and cultural capital including roles, responsibilities, core competencies, talent placement, succession, individual development, and team performance; tools and facilities; and your internal processes, with a focus on product/service development interfacing design and delivery.
